Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations Made 60 Days or More Before Departure:  
      Full refund of the total booking amount minus any charges incurred by the bank during the processing of the Refund.

 

    • Cancellations Made Between 59 to 30 Days Before Departure:  
      75% refund of the total booking amount minus any charges incurred by the bank during the processing of the Refund.

 

    • Cancellations Made.  Between 29 to 15 Days Before Departure:  
      50% refund of the total booking amount minus any charges incurred by the bank during the processing of the Refund.

 

  • Cancellations Made 14 Days or Less Before Departure:  
    No refund will be provided.

     

2. Special Circumstances

    • Medical Emergencies:
      Cancellations due to medical emergencies, with valid medical documentation, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or credits may be provided at the discretion of Leysam Tours and Travels Limited.
    • Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Events:  
      If a tour is canceled due to natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Visa application fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Certain pre-paid activities or excursions
  • Administrative and processing fees

4. Modification of Bookings

    • Changes to Booking Dates:
      • Requests to change booking dates made 60 days or more before departure will be accommodated based on availability. A rescheduling fee of 15% may apply.
      • Requests to change booking dates made less than 60 days before departure will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the above cancellation terms.
    • Changes to Itinerary:  
      Modifications to the itinerary requested by the customer will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

5.Refund Process

    • Processing Time:
      • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
      • In some cases, processing times may be extended due to banking procedures or other factors beyond our control.
    • Refund Amount:
       Refunds will be calculated based on the amount paid minus any applicable cancellation fees, non-refundable services, and processing fees.

6. Cancellation by Leysam Tours and Travels Limited

    • In the unlikely event that Leysam Tours and Travels Limited cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, customers may choose to reschedule their tour at no additional cost.
    • Leysam Tours and Travels Limited reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or other reasons. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

7. How to Cancel

8. Travel Insurance

9. Group Bookings
